CONTRACT Training & Admin Coordinator - Central

• Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the system(s).

• Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both

internal and external partners and providing logistical support.

• Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.

• Adhere to existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external

audit.

• Undertake additional tasks as required.

• Other ad-hoc projects may be required

Requirements

1) At least Diploma holder
2) 1 to 2 years of admin working experiences
3) Good interpersonal and communicate skills (oral and written)
4) Must uphold strong code of work ethnics and confidentiality of information
5) Detailed and meticulous
6) Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
7) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain laboratory documents, records, and data files.

• Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.

• Perform basic laboratory tests and accurately record results.

• Assist laboratory technicians with routine tasks and daily operations.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
