Executive IT Desktop Support Specialist (DSS)

· Have at least a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent in relevant discipline or higher degree.

· Familiar with Level Support and its escalation as well as providing incident reports or other reporting on a timing matter on both hardware and software.

· Have at least 4+ years of experience desktop, laptops, mobile device, network, scanner, printer, or other peripherals support.

· Able to Handle and resolve computer hardware and software incidents and requests.

. Able to install, troubleshoot and support Computer hardware and software includes desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, monitors, keyboards, printers and scanners.

· Experience with troubleshooting Win7, Win10, SharePoint, Microsoft software, iOS, VDI, VPN, networking, scanner, printer and other peripherals a plus

· Able to participate in any projects related to the DSS field of work

· Able take on tasks or work on ad hoc requests or assignments

Job Summary:

As a Client Onboarding Executive under Bank Onboarding Program, you will play a key role in managing the onboarding journey for our international clients.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and regional stakeholders to guide clients through the regulatory, operational, and service touchpoints needed to successfully onboard them onto the Bank’s Singapore platform.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for international Bank’s clients, including account opening and product activation.

• Liaise with Relationship Managers and Client Service Manager to ensure all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., CRS, FATCA).

• Make welcome calls to new clients, introduce the bank's services, and guide them through their onboarding steps.

• Provide assistance to clients on using BANK digital platforms and accessing relevant banking services in Singapore.

• Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding items, and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution.

• Deliver a high standard of customer service while adhering to compliance and operational guidelines.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, client servicing, or onboarding roles. Exposure to private or priority banking clients is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Multilingual candidates preferred (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) due to diverse client base (Taiwan, China, Indonesia).

• Familiarity with basic banking products, digital channels, and onboarding regulations.

• Meticulous, client-focused, and a dependable team player.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service detail.

Seeking an experienced Assistant Service Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of IT Systems. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems and services. This role involves managing service delivery teams, overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and maintaining high standards of system reliability and security.

Service Level & Performance Monitoring 

• Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Implement performance improvement initiatives where necessary.

Financial Management 

• Manage budgets and ensure cost control for service delivery operations.

Customer Engagement 

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service delivery matters.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
