• Experience with a GitLab use case (SCM, CI, CD, DevSecOps, Agile Planning) to provide in-depth customer guidance and enablement

• Proficiency using DevSecOps tools or highly technical tooling in adjacent fields

• Specialize in GitLab use cases to provide in-depth guidance and enablement to customers of all sizes, including large enterprise organizations

• Technical experience in development or systems engineering

• Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions

• Have demonstrated the ability to become a trusted technical advisor to customer and business leaders

• Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills

• Excellent time management and ability to work with several different teams at any given time

• Extends the Customer Success Engineer requirements

• Ability to translate business requirements into business value, and work with sales and marketing to promote value-driven solutions

• Expert in GitLab usage and able to train others in its usage

• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle and development pipeline

• Advanced project management experience & skills

About the team

In this role, you'll support our customers across APJ, delivering workshops, demos, and best-practice guidance while contributing back to our shared documentation and enablement resources.

Service Engineer (CCTV & Security Systems)

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular checks and diagnostic activities on security systems (such as CCTV and access control) to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Set up security equipment, configure systems, and conduct testing on-site.
• Provide both front and backend support for security, video management systems (e.g., Milestone XProtect), and communication infrastructure.
• Attend to, diagnose, and resolve onsite technical issues/faults within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare daily maintenance reports and maintain accurate records of service activities.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations, ensuring work does not interrupt production.

Requirements

• Min Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Basic knowledge of IT networking, security systems, and troubleshooting

Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

4 days, 12 hours shift

Salary: $2,800 - $3,200

Location: Woodlands

Job scopes:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair & service of semiconductor machinery.
• Carry out regular maintenance, repairing of equipment/machines and follow up on work orders, onsite-support equipment/machines installation
• Serves as company contact point with customer on technical matters

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical /Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering
• 1-2 years working experience in Semiconductor Industry, knowledge of electrical & mechatronics.
