Job Responsibilities:
First point of contact for the customers assigned
Use the various tools to facilitate the orders until it reaches customer
Provide open order report and alert customer actively on shipments and FG.
Coordinate with plant and customer on the reject returns
Adhere to Company's policy and procedures.
Involve in audits and manage invoice payment issues if any.
Facilitate customer visits as and when needed.
Responsibilities with respect to significant aspects related link to operational control in work area.
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
