• Collaborate with Risk and Legal teams to ensure operations adhere to industry standards while maintaining rapid execution.
• Master our client portal and CRM to facilitate traders' journeys, ensuring seamless handling of onboarding, funding, and withdrawal processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in brokerage operations, customer success, or fintech support.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and maintain composure during market volatility.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with a focus on implementing preventive measures for recurring issues.
• In-depth understanding of market dynamics and futures mechanics
