Core Responsibilities

• Man the briyani kiosk and ensure smooth daily stall operations
• Prepare and serve briyani, curries and side dishes according to standard portions
• Handle cashiering duties, including POS operation, payment collection, and simple end-of-day cash tally
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and hygiene standards throughout service
• Refill food items, condiments, utensils, and packaging materials during operating hours
• Ensure cleanliness of the stall, service counter, equipment, and surrounding area
• Assist with opening and closing procedures (food prep, stock check, cleaning, equipment start-up/shutdown)
• Provide friendly customer service, including recommendations and handling customer queries
• Support basic inventory tasks such as stock rotation, receiving supplies, and reporting low stock
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper temperature control for hot food items

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of ‘O’ or ‘N’ level.
• Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (mandatory)
• Possess a professional and approachable demeanour
• Maintain professional grooming and hygiene standards in accordance with company and food safety requirements
• Possess fluency in both oral and written English
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work on shift schedule.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak Japanese or Korean is an advantage to assist international customers

Service

• Serving Food & Beverages
• Clear dishes and change tables settings for next customers
• Ensuring Cleanliness of outlets

Bar

• Prepare Sandwich, snacks or any other food items at the bar
• Prepare given range of beverages/alcohols upon receiving orders
• Prepare desserts and garnish dessert items
• Maintain sanitary environment at bar area

Working day: Mon to Sun, 5 day work week
Salary: $2400 - $2700
Working location: Somerset 
Working hours: 44h/week

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to customers' enquiries
• Explaining the concept to guests, and educating / having conversations with them on the menu and related topics
• Preparation and serving of food and drinks
• Setting up and clearing down of operations
• Receiving and checking of inventory and perishables
• Reporting to outlet manager
   

Requirement:

• 1-2 years’ experience and interest in F&B
• Able to work weekends & public holidays
