Case Management Services (CMS) was launched in 2019 to provide short-term case management for releasing inmates. Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• GCE O-Level / Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum two (2) years of telesales experience

Licensing & Certifications

• General Insurance certifications in BCP, PGI, and ComGI are preferred 

• Candidates without the certifications may be considered but must obtain them within two (2) months of employment

 Technical & Systems Proficiency

• Proficient in MS Office

•  Familiarity with policy administration system and typical manual referral workflows from UW/Claims history to Quotation is an advantage.

• Experience working in a call centre environment and using telephony systems.

Core Competencies

• Familiarity with General Insurance personal lines products, particularly Motor Insurance

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Ability to draft professional email responses and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders 

• Good interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone manner, meticulous in documentation and work fulfilment

What you'll be doing

Comprehensive Unit Inspections

• Conduct thorough and systematic inspections of units prior to handover, identifying any defects or issues.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality rectifications.
• Maintain communication with developers, providing detailed progress reports and preparing handover documentation.

Efficient Handover Coordination

• Plan and manage handover schedules in close partnership with developers, ensuring a smooth and well-organized process.
• Provide owners with clear, professional guidance throughout handovers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure meticulous record-keeping of handover activities and deliver consistent updates to stakeholders.

Defect Resolution Leadership

• Serve as the dedicated liaison between owners and contractors to manage defect follow-ups and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor rectification timelines rigorously, ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.
• Oversee the documentation and sign-off processes for defect completion, including management of access controls.

Outstanding Customer Engagement

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding swiftly and professionally to owner inquiries related to defects.
