This role focuses solely on the functionality and upkeep of AV equipment and environments at client sites or venues, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance for AV systems including displays, projectors, sound systems, AV racks, control processors, and conferencing equipment.

• Ensure the readiness, cleanliness, and operational integrity of AV rooms, event spaces, control rooms, and media walls.

• Oversee daily AV operations to ensure system reliability and seamless user experiences.

• Process new orders and order changes within set service level agreements via SAP Order Management System.
• Create and manage Customer business partner records setups required in SAP system.
• Perform proper execution of Order Management processes.
• Participate in projects for process standardization, Continuous Process Improvement and  process automation using available tools (e.g. AI, RPA).
• Perform order pricing analysis and be able to assist in collaborating with the Account Manager, Pricing Team and/or Sales to resolve order pricing issue.
• Assist in facilitating order shipment per customer’s requested delivery date and to meet corporate quarter-end revenue targets.
• Identify customer order data issues between systems and be able to perform some preliminary investigation before escalating to higher management and IT for further troubleshooting and resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline with 1 – 2 years working experience in SAP order management
• Fresh graduates with Diploma / Degree holder are welcome (Training provided)
• Experience in Order Management module in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise System Flori Apps platform is an advantage
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication skills for both oral and written
• Ability to write clear, polite communications via email
• Technologically oriented and receptive to adopting AI.
• Able to multi-task on daily operational responsibilities as well as project related work in a deadline driven environment

The Student Services Centre (SSC) delivers high-quality, integrated services that support students from admission through graduation and beyond. We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our SSC. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students and alumni by delivering efficient, accurate and high-quality services.

Responsibilities

You will oversee a comprehensive suite of student-facing services, ensuring seamless operations, high service standards, and a consistently positive experience for students, alumni, and faculty. You will lead process improvements, champion service innovations, and guide the team to deliver accurate, timely, and student-centric solutions across admissions, scholarships, financial assistance, insurance schemes, and other key service areas.

• Attend to a wide range of student and alumni enquiries via counter, email and phone, providing timely and accurate assistance.

• Deliver quality frontline services such as fee collection, issuance of status letters, and replacement of certificates and transcripts.

• Process payments received via bank transfer and at the SSC counter, and update records in the SAP system.

• Maintain and update SSC-related information in the NIE Student Portal.

• Support student admissions and matriculation exercises, including student pass processing, student concession card applications and document verification.

• Support the SSC Manager in preparing the SSC annual budget.

• Assist the Budget Manager with departmental budgeting matters.

• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives.

• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Polytechnic Diploma.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in providing a broad range of student services within a university or similar educational environment.

• Service-oriented, with a strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences to students and alumni.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and produce accurate, high-quality and detail-oriented work.

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgement and the ability to make timely decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with process automation or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools will be an advantage.

• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and adherence to institutional policies and confidentiality requirements.

• Able to support overtime duty once a week; flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules is required.

The Service Invoicing role is responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing invoices for service jobs, maintenance contracts, and after-sales support. This position ensures accurate billing, compliance with financial regulations, and timely communication with both internal teams and customers to support smooth service operations and revenue collection.

Responsibility& Duty

• Attend to all service calls via emails, telephone and faxes, co-ordinate all the relevant works with Service Coordinator.
• Compile all the service reports and relevant documents from Service Coordinator to generate invoice.
• Performing daily invoicing functions by using ERP Navision software.
• Issue debit or credit notes for corrections.
• Ensure invoices are processed reconciled, billed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Sending the posted invoices with related supporting documents to customers in time via email or upload to customer’s given portal. 
• Filling documents, general office duties (emails and courier)
• Provide admin support and ad-hoc duties as tasked

Requirements:

• GCE O Level with 2-3years of preparing invoice & Accounts Receivable knowledge as well as revenue collection
• Good Excel and ERP Navision software.
