Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
· Address and resolve customer issues promptly via email/phone/message as the maincontact point.
· Handle and liaise incoming shipment & outgoing vessel shipment orders
· Processing of Delivery Order, Job Order, Quotation & Coordinate with customers
· Update jobs on CRM system, filing, data entry and document management
. Coordinate with store on inventory
· Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement
· Min ITE or diploma in any fields
· At least 1 year of relevant working experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Bilingual in English & able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
· Proficient in MS office, outlook
· Must be able to multi-task with time management
· Full of initiative, committed, meticulous
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
