- Liaising with external vendors, customers and Headquarter on any related issues and enquires.
- Impart machine/ service knowledge to peers so as to build up the service capability.
- Conduct demo/ trainings for customers / peers as and when require.
- Able to provide service support overseas as require.
- All other related work as assigned by superior.

What You Will Do:

· Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of air compressors, blowers, and vacuum systems

· Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance

· Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs

· Provide technical support and solutions to customers on-site and remotely

· Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation

· Support emergency breakdown response and ensure timely resolution

· Liaise with customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable service solutions

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

· Assist in equipment upgrades, retrofits, and system improvements when required

What Must You Have

·       Diploma / ITE / Technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering

·       Proven experience in servicing industrial equipment such as air compressors, blowers, or vacuum systems

·       Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems

·       Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

·       Willingness to travel for on-site service assignments

·       Good communication and customer service skills

·       Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

What We Appreciate From You

• Experience with rotary screw compressors, vacuum pumps, or industrial air systems

• Knowledge of PLC controls and basic instrumentation

• Hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
