·    Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Reception Duties:

• Manage front counter and handle visitors (parents, staff, students)
• Answer calls, handle enquiries/complaints, take and forward messages
• Manage office inventory and mail (incoming/outgoing)
• Handle lost & found and loan records (e.g., uniforms, umbrellas)
• Provide general admin support, including data entry and other assigned duties

Student Service Duties:

• Manage student early release and liaise with parents
• Coordinate student movement with Form Teachers and SMT
• Monitor attendance, late-coming, and CCA records (including data entry)
• Provide real-time attendance updates to SMT
• Handle cellphone confiscation and lift pass issuance
• Maintain records for sick bay, ambulance, and incidents

Requirement:

(a) The Personnel shall minimally have obtained ‘A level’ qualifications or its equivalent.
(b)   At lease 3 years of experience in administration

• Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and onsite visits, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Coordinate with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
• Stay updated on IT and security products, solutions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in networking or cybersecurity support.
• Motivated, fast learner, and passionate about technology.
• Able to work on the following rotating shifts:
  7.00am - 4.00pm
  9.00am - 6.00pm
  2.00pm - 11.00pm
