• 4+ years (or equivalent impact) in SRE / Production Ops / Platform / Reliability for SaaS or high-throughput services.
• Working knowledge of AWS & Kubernetes (deployment, troubleshooting, networking concepts) sufficient to collaborate effectively with platform owners (not necessarily owning cluster upgrade orchestration).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code & GitOps (Terraform, Argo, etc.) to consume modules, review changes, and enforce policy.
• Observability implementation & usage (metrics, logs, traces, profiling) with Elastic Cloud; understanding of Prometheus / OpenTelemetry concepts.

Working hours:
·     Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Scope of Services:
·     Responsible for the cleanliness of classrooms, special rooms, and General Office.
·     Opening and closing of Gates, Classrooms & Office.
·     Perform gate and traffic warden duties during the scheduled Gate opening hours and some special occasion to ensure the safety and security of students and smooth traffic flow in the school.

·     Assist the Operations Manager in basic facilities management and maintenance. Conduct regular checks on facilities and reporting faults to the OM.

Others
·     Assist in performing front counter duties in the absence of CSO staff.
·     Maintain security and vigilance of the school premises by being alert to identify strangers and visitors to the school. Direct and accompany visitors to the school office.
·     Assist in the printing of approved notes, circulars, worksheets for teaching staff, office material. etc This may also involve lamination and binding.
·     Accompany vendors/contractors for safety and security during maintenance work.
·     Responsible for attending to students in the cleaning up eg. Vomiting, soiling.
·     Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Principal, Vice Principal, HOD, Admin Manager and Operations Manager.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
·     Preferably have some prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties in schools.
·     Preferably has 1 year of relevant experience working in schools
