Job Responsibilities

• Provide fast, skillful and accurate blood collection for patients using venipuncture, capillary and heel-prick
• Perform phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry in an accurate, efficient and professional way
• Ensure work area is clean and tidy. Ensure compliance with infection control guidelines
• Ensure 2 identifier is performed for every patient prior to collection before performing test for patients
• Ensure proper documentation for traceability and in adherence to good documentation practices.
• Ensure compliance to workplace safety, hand hygiene and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements of the laboratory.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to all external and internal clients (patients, doctors, vendors) over the counter or on the phone

Required Skills and Experience

• Recognised N/O Level/ITE Certificate/Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences or a Certificate in phlebotomy
• Experienced in performing phlebotomy in a fast-paced environment (at least 2-5 years)

The Customer Technology Marketing Analyst supports the implementation and management of UPS's portfolio of technology applications and assists in deploying the go-to-market strategies for UPS technologies. He/She is required to gather data, analyse, and report on the performance of UPS's technology products and services contributing to business performance and improving customer experience. The analyst will also support the team with collection of market/competitive insights, managing product training, and addressing internal tech inquiries.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists Customer Technology Marketing Assistant Manager to implement Customer Technology plan
• Collects market insights and analyses customer needs to develop value propositions for UPS technology applications
• Assist in creating and maintaining internal and external collateral related to UPS technology applications
• Coordinates and conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across functions and markets to validate UPS technology applications before launch
• Maintain an understanding of current customer technology applications, and follow up on internal inquiries about UPS technology products to facilitate knowledge transfer and issue resolution
• Supports the communication of UPS technology applications and campaign releases to internal stakeholders to facilitate understanding of enterprise initiatives
• Prepare, monitor and report on the performance of UPS technology products and develop initiatives to improve adoption rates
• Assist in building business cases to gain support for technology applications enhancements
• Participate in cross-functional and regional workgroups to identify and address opportunities and gaps through digital and technology value-adds

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Power BI data visualization tools

• Strong oral and written communication skills for cross-functional and regional interactions

• Proactive team player with a fast-learning ability and keen attention to detail

• Self-motivated with a positive working attitude

• Able to work independently under pressure

Qualifications and Profile

• Education Bachelor – Computer Science or related field

• This position requires a minimum of +6 years of experience in supporting or developing application
• Possesses strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
• Technical background: Working knowledge of application servers. 
• Understand concepts of IT Production environment and deployment process/ piplines.
• Working knowledge of databases scriptingWorking knowledge of scripting / programming languages
• Working experience in Corporate IT, IT Security or other transverse domains
• Good communication and presentation skills – verbal and written. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
• Certification in ITIL (Must have)

Main responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2 support for a large portfolio of applications related to Corporate Services, IT Security, human resources, and other transverse domains
• Coach team members to ensure operational execution is as per bank’s standard practices
• Communication with end-users via phone, chat, email, and/or a support ticketing.
• Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests coming from users. Document well the support activity performed in JIRA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams
• Ensure applications health before the bank’s working day by performing morning healthcheck activities
• Spearhead weekly / adhoc follow up and reporting of escalated tickets.
