The Shipping Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of export shipping operations, including vessel booking, export documentation, customs declaration, port coordination, and L/C negotiation. Our Client, an established logistics/freight forwarding company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Customer Service Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the customer service department and reporting to team manager

• Handle all bookings for both air and sea

• Liaise with air and sea carriers

• Liaise with customers

• Handle all sea documentation work like bookings, BL etc
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level

• Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and all emails

• Residing in the east zone (Tampines, Bedok, Pasir Ris, Hougang, Sengkang) is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill orders promptly and accurately, from receiving to delivery.
• Respond and follow up to customer inquiries, feedback, and orders.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback by investigating, resolving, and escalating issues to Seniors and the Regulatory & QSHE team quickly and independently.
• Manage documents like certificates of analysis/ compliance and inspection statuses.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to track the delivery status of customer orders, providing timely updates to customers.
• Create, collect and manage sales data, customer contact information and reports.
• Keep a well-organized filing system for easy access to work documents.
• Suggest ways to improve management systems to your supervisor.
• Other necessary tasks as assigned.
