• To report any facility defects, furnishings and equipment needs of the Home to the facilities staffs.
• Maintaining physical checklist required by relevant agencies.
• Manage and maintain inventory of donation-in-kind, housekeeping items and residents’ essentials in the Home.
• Ensure all records, documentation and correspondence related to the Home are properly maintained and kept up to date.
• Coordinate and liaise with Nursing Aides and Housekeeping staff to meet the residents needs.
