KeyResponsibilities:

• Providepost-sale maintenance experience to customers.
• Plan,schedule and execute preventive maintenance with customers to ensure systemreliability and take ownership in executing corrective actions upon clientapproval.

• Delivertimely, accurate, and well-documented service reports following everymaintenance or troubleshooting engagement.
• Identify,indicate, and assist in changes accrued to schematics, BOM list, and otherrelevant materials discovered during site evaluations.
• Evaluatethe severity and risk of technical challenges, escalating to manufacturers orprincipals when issues exceed internal capacity.
• Supportpost-commissioning activities such as end-user trainings, material development,documenting accurately on handover and taking over of functioning systems.

RequiredSkills and Qualifications:

• NITEC,Diploma or Degree in AV / Electronics / IT / Electrical or related discipline.
• Min 2years of experience in operation, engineering and/orinstallation/maintenance of AV systems.
• Preferablyto have general knowledge of AV products (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Crestron,Extron, Kramer, Polycom, Cisco Telepresence, Logitech, Biamp and QSYS)

Responsibilities

Field Service Operations:

• Carry out schedule and retrofits automatic door parts; mechanical, electrical and electronic
• Troubleshoot and conduct site check on the automatic entrance and propose parts recommendations for user consideration
• Provide site report to client for the purpose of completion of works,
• Testing/commissioning. Decommissioning and conduct risk assessment of all automatic entrance related system and products

Others:

• Propose upgrades of automatic door entrances as well as providing feasible solutions to clients existing door entrances
• Keeping assigned service vehicle in good road worthy condition and to upkeep vehicles cleanliness and hygiene at all times

Job summary:

Be the first point of contact for parents and students at our Yishun outlet, manage enrolment and scheduling across all three outlets, coordinate monthly billing processes, and ensure each outlet is operationally ready through regular visits.

Job Responsible:

1. Outlet Operations — Yishun (Daily)

• Open and close the outlet; ensure the centre is clean, ready, and well-stocked daily
• Greet and attend to walk-in parents and students, handling enquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Manage student attendance records and update class registers
• Handle trial class bookings, follow-up calls, and enrolment onboarding
• Liaise with teachers on scheduling, class materials, and classroom needs
• Manage the centre's shared WhatsApp number — responding to parent queries from all three outlets in a timely manner

2. Multi-Outlet Coordination (Weekly Visits)

• Visit Hougang/Midtown and Khatib outlets once or twice weekly to conduct operational checks
• Ensure each outlet is operationally ready — supplies, schedules, signage, cleanliness
• Coordinate with part-time staff and teachers at each branch on any operational matters
• Flag and escalate any issues to the founders promptly

3. Enrolment & Scheduling

• Manage student enrolment, withdrawals, and level/class changes across all outlets
• Coordinate makeup class scheduling — matching student requests with available slots and informing all parties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the management system

4. Billing & Finance Administration

• Prepare the monthly billing spreadsheet accurately (student fees, adjustments, makeup credits)
• Reconcile incoming payments against invoices in Xero using bank feeds
• Follow up with parents on outstanding payments via WhatsApp in a professional and courteous manner
• Flag overdue accounts to the founders; liaise with our outsourced accountant when required

5. Parent Communication & Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for parent enquiries across all channels (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp)
• Communicate class updates, schedule changes, and centre announcements to parents promptly
• Handle feedback and complaints with empathy; escalate where needed
• Solicit and encourage Google reviews from satisfied parents
