1. Customer & Guest Handling: Attend to customer feedback and complaints in a prompt, professional, and empathetic manner, ensuring issues are resolved effectively to deliver a positive guest experience aligned with MBS service expectations. Be supported by established guidelines and team collaboration to manage service recovery effectively.

2. Tenant Coordination: Liaise with foodcourt tenants on operational matters, including service standards, feedback follow-ups, and issue resolution, ensuring tenants uphold a consistent, customer-centric service approach. Build positive working relationships with tenants to encourage cooperation and continuous improvement.

3. On-Ground Operations: Monitor daily foodcourt operations to ensure cleanliness, service quality, and compliance with operational guidelines, maintaining an environment that reflects hospitality standards expected at Marina Bay Sands. Maintain a visible on-ground presence to support both tenants and customers in a dynamic environment.

4. Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve operational and customer-related issues proactively, coordinating with tenants and internal teams when necessary to ensure swift recovery and service excellence. Exercise sound judgment and adaptability when handling different situations across customers and tenants.

5. Communication: Act as the main point of contact between customers, tenants, and management to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest journey across all touchpoints. Be comfortable toggling between customer-facing interactions and operational coordination.

6. Reporting & Documentation: Record incidents, complaints, and feedback for tracking, analysis, and continuous service improvement. Contribute insights to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven and proactive Senior Executive, Service Excellence & Learning & Development to join our Hospitality team. This role is responsible for supporting service excellence initiatives and delivering learning and development programs across Hotels and Food & Beverage operations. You’ll play a key role in enhancing guest experience, strengthening service culture, and ensuring the effective execution and administration of training initiatives that support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Excellence 

• Review and analyze guest feedback from surveys, reviews, and internal sources to identify service gaps. 

• Support service excellence initiatives and action plans to enhance guest satisfaction and service standards. 

• Collaborate with operational teams to identify service-related training needs and improvement opportunities. 

• Support data collection and basic analysis to monitor service quality trends. 

Learning & Development Delivery 

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs including onboarding, service culture, service standards, and product knowledge. 

• Facilitate stand-up training sessions, briefings, and learning tours across Hotels and F&B operations. 

• Support targeted talent development programs such as internships, apprenticeships, and management trainees. 

• Develop learning materials such as presentations, e-learning content, SOPs, and workshop resources. 

Training Operations & Administration 

• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, attendance tracking, and post-training follow-up. 

• Maintain training records, documentation repositories, SOPs, and learning databases. 

• Track training hours and program completion, ensuring timely and accurate updates in learning systems. 
  
• Prepare basic reports and support audits related to training and service excellence initiatives. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field. 
  
• Exposure to learning & development, service excellence, or training coordination functions is an advantage. 

• Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) or equivalent training qualification preferred. 

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (Hotels, F&B, or related service environments). 

Job Summary

Manage and support PB batch job scheduling, execution, and monitoring across project lifecycles. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, produce documentation, and ensure smooth production handover while adhering to regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage PB batch jobs by setting up, scheduling, executing, and monitoring them throughout Development, SIT, and UAT project phases
• Monitor batch job performance and provide operational support by identifying and resolving job failures, overruns, or missed executions
• Document batch job incidents in JIRA and collaborate with developers to investigate root causes and implement solutions
• Prepare detailed batch execution and run-status reports to support testing, validation, and management reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain batch execution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and compliant production handover
• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the production support team after project cutover
• Collaborate closely with developers, system analysts, and architects to design and implement technical solutions that comply with security, regulatory, and architectural standards
• Work on shift schedules, including overnight shifts, to support end-of-day batch execution for PB projects

Required competencies and certifications

• Solid understanding of PB system flow and dependencies to support batch scheduling, execution, and monitoring effectively
• Experience with Temenos Wealthsuite Front Office / Triple’A Plus
• Proficiency in Red Hat Linux, AIX, and Shell scripting for batch job management
• Knowledge of Oracle, Sybase, and SQL databases for data handling and batch processing
• Experience using Control-M for batch job scheduling and automation
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Remedy for incident tracking, documentation, and collaboration
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution
