• Attend to customer's enquiries on job order status, availability and co-ordination of tasks.
• Execution of customer's orders, processing and summarizing the essential information given into the job order form with required attachments.
• Use of Trade-net to provide the Value-Added Service of permit declaration for customers.
• Prepare orders for Planner and follow-up with customers when there are incomplete information or documents.
• Coordination for booking of chemcare in PSA for DG Isotanks or containers.
• Collate information for planner if there are any changes for the day itself for delivery.
• Ensure all delivery orders/ weighing tickets are received once job completed and forward to customers as proof of delivery.
• Closing of job orders for billing once job is completed.
• Prepare documents and arrange for dispatch to deliver to shipping lines/ customers.
• Attending to customer's request for quotes, checking of trucking rates, invoice discrepancies etc.

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the transport and logistics industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

A Patient Service Senior Executive is responsible for providing frontline services in areas such as scheduling of appointments, payment collection, liaising with patients and caregivers, and providing advice on invoicing matters. H/She may provide support to clinicians by preparing treatment rooms. H/She is required to perform department operations such as administration of clinic’s appointment resources and slots management. H/She assists in on-the-job training for new patient service associate staff and participates in quality improvement projects and initiatives. H/She may work in various clinic locations when the needs arise. H/She should be organised, multitasking and quick problem-solving. H/She should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide front-desk services

• Manage and handle enquiries coming through calls, messages and emails pertaining to allied health services; physiotherapy, hand occupational therapy & massage etc., and providing a welcoming environment.

• Manage and handle enquiries pertaining to patients’ insurance claim matters.

• Schedule appointments for patients.

• Manage and follow up with patients who have missed their appointments but no next appointment. Manage patients’ appointment using specified software.

• Liaise with patients and other stakeholders to provide services to patients. • Perform registration on software and necessary discharge procedures for patients.

• Provide advice on invoicing matters on software to patients and Perform payment collection procedures.

• Identify situations where patients require additional attention.

• Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality.

• Perform service recovery.

• Promote use of automated or self-help services, e.g. Patients Satisfaction surveys in-clinic.

2. Support clinic operations

• Prepare consultation rooms.

Job Description & Requirements

Role in Summary:

This position requires the individual to attend to the daily operational activities relating to the dormitory as a whole. This role would involve teamwork and coordination among various colleagues to address facility maintenance, repair, up keeping and customer service and engagement activities accordingly. This position holder would be required to report to the Estate Manager to support dormitory functions.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of vacant rooms for new residents to check in and taking over of rooms from residents.
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by external contractors and comply in accordance to WSH requirements.
• Assist to enforce MOM, NEA, SCDF and any regulations stipulated in the dormitory licence conditions. Assist in the required servicing of the building M&E systems.
• Conduct hygiene inspections for rooms, compound and contractor cleaning works.
• Attend promptly to residents’ service requests and support community engagement activities.
• Responsible for alerting the Estate Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
• To assist and ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner. Plan and execute enforcement actions in accordance to house rules.
• Plan and conduct various inspections in the dormitory as well as execution of additional measures required by government agencies implemented in the dormitory.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in facility/estate management
• Have a strong interest in the dormitory management industry
• Ability to multi-task and initiate in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Able to start work immediately will be advantageous

Job Description:

• In charge of supporting in maintaining all contract agreements as per company SOP
• In charge of assisting with the creation, review and analysis of contractual documents as well as ensuring the compliance with the company guidelines.
• In charge of the accurate and timely management of sales order activities
