The Assistant Manager/Manager will support the Centre Director drive the strategic and operational goals of CEFA by coordinating programmes, managing stakeholder engagements, and supporting enterprise capability-building efforts. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in the financial services sector would be preferred. You will apply your consulting and program management expertise to understand customer business objectives, develop executable strategies, and drive successful implementation with customers, AWS teams, and partners. You will understand your customers' biggest IT and Business challenges, and provide prescriptive guidance, based on AWS best practices, to guide them through the obstacles.

This role drives transformation across technical, operational, organizational, and educational dimensions, spanning IT teams and business units. You will coach customers on AWS services and support them in adopting the right solution at the right time. You should be passionate about delivering a great customer experience by deploying AWS solutions, driving innovation, and delivering successful migration programs.

You will earn customer trust by prioritizing their long-term success over short-term gains. You will engage effectively with both executive stakeholders and project teams, collaborating across technical and business functions regardless of organizational or geographic boundaries. You will be a natural problem solver with a cool head that can deal with ambiguity and work autonomously to drive results for your customers.

Basic qualifications

- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
- 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

Preferred qualifications

- PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
- Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar

Reporting to the Centre Director on administration matters This role is a dedicated internal and external client service position involving filling up, issuing and filing of paperwork related to centre, parental engagement, regular interactions with champs and working co-operatively with all team members.

Job Responsibilities:

Ø  Oversee the daily operation of the centre.

Ø  Implement quality standard for all programmes in centre.

Ø  Handle centre tour; operation portion.

Ø  Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report etc)

Ø  Prepare monthly forms such as teachers attendance form, champs attendance forms, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms etc

Ø  Conduct daily health checks with champs at the door when necessary

Ø  Assist parents in the purchasing of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books etc

Ø  Conduct stock take and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationeries etc

Ø  Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre

Ø  Ensure safety of children within the premises

Ø  Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Director

Job Requirements:

Ø  Diploma in Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool environment.

Ø  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Ø  Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ø  Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task

Ø  Able to teach primary school subjects will be an advantage
