• Position : System Engineer (IT Support)

• Location: Tai Seng (2 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support and ensure the stability for POS, Network and Systems

• Provide 1st Level troubleshooting for IT hardware and operational systems

• Manage and ensure effectiveness of Windows and Linux servers

• Ensure servers are up to date with security patches

• Maintaining and upgrading existing infrastructure as required

• Collaborate with vendors, project Leads and users to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent

• Keep accurate and updated records of IT assets, purchases and leases

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or relevant field

• 2 years of relevant experience

• L1 network knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Support document lifecycle (creation, review, approval, release, issue of effective version, reconciliation and archival)
• Support GMP training activities
• Support shopfloor activities (6S, cleanroom gowning, personnel flow paths, signages, movement of equipment and materials)
• Support daily operations by working with manufacturing, quality, facility, safety and site admin teams and upkeep meeting dashboards
• Support site visit and audit activities

About You:

• Diploma/Degree in Science or Engineering with 1 to 2 years of GMP / QA experience
• Able to work well in fast paced environment with cross-functional teams
• Competency in data visualization or project management tools is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end trade execution for base metals (e.g., copper, aluminium, zinc), from contract to settlement
• Prepare, review, and manage trade documentation, including contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documents
• Liaise with traders, counterparties, banks, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure seamless operations
• Handle and monitor letters of credit (L/Cs), payment terms, and banking documentation
• Track shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve any operational issues
• Maintain accurate trade records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and month-end closing activities
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in trade support, operations, commodities, or shipping/logistics
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle, L/C processes, and shipping documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling data and reporting
• Strong attention to detail, organisational, and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
