• Local VIP case support
• To coach junior engineer for IT cases and as escalation point to handle users cases
• Support local huge meeting/live stream events, clearly understand requestor’s scenario and requirement, establish video/audio devices connection and ensure no incidents during the event.
• Provide L1 & L2 IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool, etc.
• Troubleshooting and resolving single customer issues with Windows
• Supporting Microsoft Office, VPN, SharePoint, and User Client Hardware, Mobile devices, user accounts and permissions.
• Using remote administration tools to resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents.
• Manage and mentor onsite team in Asia Pacific
• Manage vendors for Project Delivery
• Update policies, procedure, and documentation relevant to project or operation
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and processes

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in IT Technology or its equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in providing L1 & L2 IT support to end-users.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with Windows.
• Good knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft Office applications, VPN, SharePoint, and user client hardware.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure related Desktop / Laptop / Network / Wifi
• Solid understanding of incident management processes and ability to document, notify, track, and follow up on all incidents.

• To support day to day operation for level 1 support cases
• To attend onsite with in 2 hours for 3 product line
• To ensure all support case (vendor or passport MA) is within the SLA
• To perform preventive maintenance on the equipment (See product matrix)

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our Group IT team. This is a unique role where you will provide foundational technical support to a diverse portfolio of companies. Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts daily by setting up, modifying, and removing access across platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack to ensure secure and efficient user operations
• Enroll, update, and secure company laptops and mobile devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms like Intune, Jamf, or Kandji to maintain device compliance and security
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows and macOS operating systems, office hardware, and cloud-based applications to minimize downtime and support employee productivity
• Prepare and configure hardware for new hires and securely wipe or recover data during employee offboarding to maintain data integrity and security
• Maintain clear and accessible documentation including asset inventories and entity-specific setup guides to support consistent IT operations and knowledge sharing

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold IT certification such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or a Diploma in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
• Support IT environments with 50+ users or multiple office locations
• Troubleshoot macOS operating systems at a basic level
• Operate SaaS admin dashboards to add users, reset passwords, and manage groups
• Understand Mobile Device Management concepts including checking device compliance and enrollment status
• Experience setting up workstations, docking stations, and perform basic local networking tasks (Wi-Fi/LAN)
