Responsibilities

• Handle over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner
• Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure DBS service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
• Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank’s products and services.
• Market and provide advisory on General Insurance to customers.
• Educate and migrate customers towards our digital platform
• Drive service excellence in the areas of customer satisfaction - customer wait time, problem resolution and customer feedback/escalation/complaint

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification

My Client, a leading Securities Brokerage firm is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Helpdesk Officer to join their Client Services team. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling front-line enquiries and ensuring smooth processing of account-related requests in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent front-line support to clients by attending to enquiries at the counter and via phone/email.
• Manage and respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and process retail and corporate account opening applications (both manual and digital).
• Assess and handle account update requests, dormant account reactivations, and account closures.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have minimum 6 years of experience in application support or development roles;
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on exposure to application servers, and a good understanding of production environments and deployment pipelines;
• Working knowledge of database scripting and familiarity with scripting or programming languages;
• Experience in Corporate IT, IT Security, or other cross-functional domains;
