Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing regular onsite support to maintain strong client relationships.
• Visit customer locations to assist with order coordination, delivery arrangements, and product/service enquiries.
• Manage end-to-end customer order processing, from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments (production, QA, warehouse, and logistics) to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Collect and address customer feedback or complaints onsite, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of service reports, order summaries, and performance metrics for key accounts.
• Ensure customer documentation such as delivery orders, product specifications, and service reports are accurately maintained and filed.
• Provide training or product briefings to customer teams when required (e.g. on product usage, packaging requirements).
• Support business development and account management by identifying potential upselling or service improvement opportunities during site visits.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or client support roles
• Willing and able to travel to customer sites regularly within Singapore.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working both independently onsite and collaboratively with internal teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes will be an advantage.

Job Description

• To ensure a smooth and accurate order fulfillment and logistics management for overseas distributor.
• Plan and submit demand to in-house system.
• Raise PI (proforma invoice) based on allocation received.
• Generate and issue weekly account statement.
• Liaising with Sales to ensure timely collection of customer payment.
• Arrange delivery based on different inco-terms, assist company in delivery cost controls, prepare export documents such as BL, commercial invoices and packing list.
• Closely monitoring shipment status from worldwide manufacturing sites, update stakeholders on delivery schedule and ensure all deliveries are smoothly made.
• Prepare and process shipment for letter of credit (LC), arrange export documents and ensure data accuracy and present LC documents on time. Monitoring transactions and follow until payment received.
• Thorough and regular refund/rebate document preparation. Ensure accuracy and timely process of the rebate documentation.
• Actively liaise with customers and Sales team to provide logistics and order supports.
• Ensure customers’ requests and enquiries are fulfilled in a prompt action.
• Aggressively follow up and be proactive in provide extended support to both internal and external teams.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain/Business Admin or relevant.
• Minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates must be proficient in Mandarin due to regular daily communication and liaison with our HQ.

Customer Experience Specialist

• Handle and resolve all customer queries received via phone, email etc
• Follow up closely with internal parties for resolutions.
• Proactively escalate query trends, potential issues and recurring service failures to team lead/ manager and ensure that appropriate corrective action is implemented to avoid future problems.
• All customer service request and any follow-up interaction is logged into CRM accurately and timely.
• Assist in processing and invoicing Local and Export spare part orders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min 3 years of related customer services/Order Fulfilment experiences

Salary: Up to $3,500
