A fast-growing trading company with its Head quarter in the Philippines is now open for the following position:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized staff to support our Sales and Purchases operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling all closed transactions, records, and possess strong administrative skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
1. Roles &Responsibilities
- Process Sales, Purchases contract & other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to accurately prepare orders to be fulfilled.
- Provide comprehensive support to management, ensuring efficient order operations, communications, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Maintain company records, contracts and filing systems
- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
2. Requirements: -
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Able to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous and attentive to details and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities ( in both English and Chinese)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Minimum GCE “N/O” Level with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field welcome
- Positive attitude with adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Work Schedule:
· Worktime:9:00 am-6:00 pm
· 5 days’ workweek
· Monday-Friday (Weekend off).
