- Work Location - Clarke Quay, Central Region
- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary - up to $2650
- Govt Agency, 6 +6 months contract
Job Scope:
- Support user engagement workshops for the implementation of a Financial Planning system, including gathering and documenting business requirements
- Assist in system continuous improvement, including managing Change Requests and supporting new feature testing
- Maintain master data in the Workday system and support budget-related operations
- Organize, maintain, and update project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support stakeholders in understanding system workflows and controls for budgeting and planning processes
Requirements:
- Diploma in any relevant field
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills
- Good time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
