About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
• Perform first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and application-related issues remotely

• Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to solve problems and find solutions to meet the customers requests in a timely manner.

Job Requirement:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records and sales processes and highly organized.
