Job Scope:
- Providing day-to-day Level-1 IT support to both local and remote users.
- Deploying and troubleshooting various devices including PC, laptop, copier, printer, smartphone, and IT peripherals like projectors and video conferencing equipment.
- Handling operating system and desktop software setups
- Taking ownership of IT service requests, resolving issues.
