Job Description

Manage the delivery of IT development services to support business objectives effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address technology requirements.
Oversee the performance of the IT development team, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
Implement and maintain processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of development services.
Monitor and report on service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements within the insurance sector.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver integrated IT solutions.
Support the Technology department in achieving strategic goals and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Developer Service Manager should have:

A strong background in IT service management, preferably within the insurance industry.
Proven experience in managing IT development teams and delivering technology solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
