Seeking an experienced Assistant Service Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of IT Systems. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems and services. This role involves managing service delivery teams, overseeing vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and maintaining high standards of system reliability and security.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of at least 5 members (Level 1 and Level 2 support).

Service Operations & Maintenance 

• Oversee day-to-day IT system operations and ensure compliance with security and safety standards.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, change requests, service requests, and repairs.

Asset & Documentation Management 

• Track and manage IT assets effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support compliance and audit requirements.
• Prepare and deliver reports such as incident reports, maintenance reports, and other O&M documentation.

Vendor & Sub-Contractor Management 

• Collaborate with external service providers and contractors as needed.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure subcontractor performance meets contractual obligations.

Service Level & Performance Monitoring 

• Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Implement performance improvement initiatives where necessary.

Financial Management 

• Manage budgets and ensure cost control for service delivery operations.

Customer Engagement 

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service delivery matters.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills applied to customer interactions.
• Positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
• Chinese or Japanese language skills (added advantage for communicating with specific customer segments).

You will be part of the team responsible for the operational support of Authority's Service Desk and expected to work independently. Your primary responsibility is to ensure system functionality, availability, data security, and compliance with industry standards.

• Providing level 1 technical support and responding to user inquiries via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Hardware – installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.

• Proactively identify and manage potential problems
• Conducting regular checks to ensure all endpoints are patched to the latest version.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. Reporting directly to the Term Project Manager, this role requires a high level of independence, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Handle client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure all client follow-ups and inquiries are executed efficiently and without delay.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to facilitate timely job completion and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

2. Administrative Support:

• Assist the Term Project Manager in various administrative tasks, including paperwork, claims processing, and report generation.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all relevant documents.

3. Communication and Collaboration:
