Responsibilities

• Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects with in new estate divisions
• Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
• Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
• Reporting project status to management team as and when needed
• Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
• Interface and coordinate with government agencies/authority on any development issues
• Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
• Deliver the buildings and infrastructure on time
• Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors

Requirements

• Background in Architecture, preferably with at least 3 to 5years of relevant working experience in developer, consultant or contractor firms.
• Experience in Project Management
• Is a team player with positive attitude & strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Proactive and positive in delivery day-to-day task
• Good in written communication and language skills
• Registered Professional Engineer / Registered Architect will be an added advantage

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

· Budget tracking on quantities for main materials (e.g. rebars, tiles).

· Measurement, payment response, and evaluation of VO for the subcontractor.

. Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity

requirements.

. Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts

to ensure the best deals.

. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and

subcontractors.

. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment,

and other documents.

. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new

strategies.

. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.

. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with

external and internal stakeholders.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil & Structural

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.

. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

. Sound knowledge of construction.

. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee and manage multiple property sites as assigned.

• Operational Coverage: Provide essential coverage across various locations, particularly during the absence of permanent Property Executives.

• Facilities Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintenance of building facilities.

• Mobility: Travel between different sites as necessary to meet operational demands.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution; OR

  • ITE/NTC qualification in Facility Management, a technical discipline, or market equivalent.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management for ITE/NTC holders.

• Technical Skills: Background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and/or Civil/Building is highly preferred.

• Availability: Must be able to commit to an initial 3-month contract starting at the end of May 2026.

• Flexibility: Willingness to cover multiple sites and move between locations as required.

• 5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm
• Salary: $2,400 - $3,800 MAX + 14 Days AL + Bonus

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in engineering or Quantity surveying related background.
• 2 years of QS experience in managing Singapore projects, preferable in landscaping related field.
• Must have plant knowledge / plantation or landscaping experience.

Job brief:

1. Perform quantity take-offs from BQ/Drawings
2. Assist in tender pricing, prepare tender replies, and attend interviews
3. Source and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors
4. Review contract documents and highlight variances
5. Prepare and submit VO costs, progress claims, and final accounts
6. Manage and certify sub-contractor claims
7. Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams
