Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Up to $7200
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate real estate and mixed-use development projects.
- Perform investment analysis, scenario modelling, and assess project returns (IRR, NPV, cash flow).
- Support asset management activities including budgeting, revenue optimisation, cost analysis, leasing, and asset performance reviews.
- Assist with debt financing, project structuring, commercial contract reviews, and transaction due diligence.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions and new business opportunities.
- Prepare investment papers, presentations, reports, and board materials.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across development, leasing, operations, finance, and treasury teams.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, FP&A, audit, or real estate finance.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA) are advantageous.
- Experience with Yardi, Oracle, or similar financial systems is a plus.
