Working days and hours : 5 days work week across Monday to Sunday (based on roster - example : 11am - 8pm OR 12pm - 9pm , including weekend)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Customer Service Experience: At least 1–2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
• Availability to work on weekends as required by project schedules.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tender preparation, including quantity take-off, cost estimation, pricing, and compilation of tender submissions.

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify scope, risks, and cost factors.

• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for tender pricing.

• Prepare tender clarifications, attend tender interviews, and support negotiation process.

• Prepare, review, and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for civil and infrastructure works.

• Handle full spectrum of quantity surveying duties including measurement, cost planning, and cost control.

• Administer contracts, including preparation and evaluation of variations, claims, and final accounts.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and cost-related matters.

• Monitor project progress and ensure costs are kept within budget.

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare subcontract documents.

• Conduct site measurements and verify work done for progress claims.

• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation claims, and cost reports.

• Identify potential risks and advise on cost implications and mitigation measures.

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and local regulations.

• Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore, preferably in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of local construction practices, contracts, and authorities’ requirements.

• Experience in handling main contractor or subcontractor roles is an advantage.

• Familiar with standard forms of contract (e.g., PSSCOC).

• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary

Assist in managing project budgets and contracts by preparing cost budgets, tracking design and construction changes, certifying progress work, and administering contract variations to ensure accurate financial control and timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost budgets and adjust budget projections by tracking changes in design and construction work
• Review and prepare agreements for awarding contracts to subcontractors and suppliers
• Certify and evaluate progress work completed, managing contract administration for variations in subcontract and main contracts
• Assess and submit monthly progress claims and recommend monthly progress payments for subcontractors
• Finalise final accounts for subcontract and main contracts
