Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘N’ Level
• Effective telephone communication skills
• Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner
• Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages
• Proficient in computer software
• Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience will be preferred
• Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work

Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 4 Hours ONLY

Job Details:

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 830am-530pm, Saturday half day 9am - 1pm
• Location: Clementi
• Contract (potential to convert to perm)
• Salary Range : UP $4,200

The main duties of this role are similar to a call centre/front-facing position, handling enquiries and providing support to students

Job Scope:

• Support daily operations (front facing customer service, replying email, handle phone calls) to ensure smooth delivery of student services
• Handle student enquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance
• Perform duties in line with team objectives and service standards
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest practical solutions
• Ensure all student interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection, audit, and evaluation of construction equipment across multiple infrastructure project sites in Singapore.
• Diagnose mechanical and technical faults in heavy machinery and perform minor repairs, adjustments, and part replacements when required.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for major repair works and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Carry out routine servicing activities including cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Prepare and submit audit findings, site investigation reports, and technical recommendations to management.
• Support vendor assessment, selection, and performance evaluation for equipment and machinery.
• Review project performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective action plans to improve efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery.
• Willing and able to travel to multiple project sites when required.
