Job Description

• Assist the Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing daily construction activities to ensure project objectives, quality standards, safety requirements, and completion milestones are achieved.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements, and resolve technical issues in coordination with consultants and relevant stakeholders.

Property Manager (Commercial Building)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations and maintenance of assigned commercial properties.
• Ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and building services.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programmes.
• Lead and supervise service providers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor building performance, utility consumption, and maintenance budgets.
• Manage tenant relations, feedback, and fit-out works.
