Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee site management and promptly resolve any technical issues that arise on-site.
• Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor subcontractors' productivity rates and integrate them into the project schedule.
• Develop and implement tracking systems to closely monitor site activities and project progress.
• Conduct regular meetings with construction staff to enhance quality control and best practices.
• Possess experience working with the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
• Demonstrate expertise in all SWC (Specialist Work Contracts) works.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professionally registered with the Institute of Structural Engineers.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations.

Job Description

• Contacting and liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors;
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements;
• Conducting market research and interpreting market information;
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals;
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents;
• Preparing cost estimates and developing budget plans for tender;
• Providing full assistance and support to the Company’s Projects team;
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders; and
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Job Requirements
