• Build and maintain relationships tenants and occupiers, attend to their feedbacks and complaints.
• Liaison with government authorities/ statutory boards, architects, engineers and other divisions on matters relating to management, security and maintenance of the Building.
• Assist in preparation of budget forecast, meeting materials, minutes of meeting, various reports timely and accurately.
• Check all safety equipment, work method and procedures regularly; ensure proper control/record of keys movement and take necessary action to rectify any unsafe situations, and enhance the security in the Building.
• Attend to emergencies in Building and any other duties assigned to you from time to time.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Diploma or Degree in Building / Facilities / Property Management / Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3-4 years’ (for Senior Executive) / 4-5 years' (for Assistant Manager) experience in similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to front and manage all levels of tenants or landlord.
• Dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Commercial / Retail / Industrial building experience will be a strong advantage
• Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior Executive position.
• Open to work 5.5 day.

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in construction related industry.
• Able to interpret drawings and specifications.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers
• Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation
• Evaluate Contract/ Sub-Contract works
• Carry out other Contracts Administration activities

a) Responsible for all aspects of works during Pre-Contract stage includes preparation and submission of tender documentation, sourcing of quotation, evaluation of tender submission, taking-off bills of quantities.

b) Responsible for all aspects of works during Post-Contract Stage which includes Sub-contract procurement, price comparison, prepare Sub-Contract Agreement, prepare and submit monthly progress claim and variation work, taking off quantity, cost estimation, assess Sub-Contractors' claim and prepare Payment Response to Sub-contractor, Final Account for Main Contract and Sub-Contract.

c) Contract administration, maintain contract documentation and advise on pre contract and post contract matters.

d) Prepare and follow up all QS related matter in timely manner and cost effective.

e) Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements.

f) Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Possess relevant qualification, e.g. diploma/degree
• Experience in measurement of quantities, seeking ITQs from Sub-contractors/suppliers and tendering for new projects
• Preferably with experience in HDB BTOs / Upgrading projects, if there are only other projects experience, pls indicate as well
• Good team player and keen to learn
