We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join the PM Group team. For this role, we need someone who has the capability to drive the project to completion within the time and cost control requirements. This will require a candidate with considerable experience i.e. who has managed large-scale greenfield projects from inception to completion.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 15 years of experience with direct experience in Construction Management
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of cost control and management, performance measurement and project scheduling.
• Ability to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications.
• Undertaken and completed at least one largescale greenfield project in the data center industry
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Construction Quality Manager oversees quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the construction phase of a project. The role works closely with the project team to ensure on‑site work meets agreed standards for quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support quality assurance and quality control processes on site.
• Review and monitor contractor quality plans and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Work with project teams to promote consistent quality practices and standards.
• Identify quality issues and support corrective actions to maintain scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and carry out quality audits and inspections.
• Track, analyse, and report quality data, non‑conformance, and improvement actions.
• Support continuous improvement of quality processes and controls.
• Maintain clear documentation of audits, issues, lessons learned, and outcomes.
• Stay informed on relevant construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to project stakeholders on quality processes and expectations.
• Support the use of systems and tools to improve efficiency, transparency, and traceability in quality management.

Overview

The Assistant Contract Manager supports the contract and commercial management of data centre projects, assisting with contract administration, documentation, and compliance across the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for candidates looking to deepen their exposure to mission-critical infrastructure projects in a fast-growing data centre

• Assist in administering contracts and agreements

• Track contractual deliverables, notices, and obligations

• Maintain accurate and well-organised contract documentation and registers

• Support the preparation and evaluation of variations, change orders, and claims

• Assist in tracking extensions of time (EOT) and associated documentation

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submissions and responses

• Support cost and commercial reporting from a contractual perspective

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or commercial support roles

• Exposure to data centre, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects preferred

• Experience working with developers, operators, consultants, or main contractors is an advantage

• Basic understanding of construction contracts and contract administration
• Familiarity with FIDIC, SIA, NEC, or similar forms of contract

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
