Site Management: Oversee and manage multiple property sites as assigned.
Operational Coverage: Provide essential coverage across various locations, particularly during the absence of permanent Property Executives.
Facilities Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintenance of building facilities.
Mobility: Travel between different sites as necessary to meet operational demands.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution; OR
ITE/NTC qualification in Facility Management, a technical discipline, or market equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management for ITE/NTC holders.
Technical Skills: Background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and/or Civil/Building is highly preferred.
Availability: Must be able to commit to an initial 3-month contract starting at the end of May 2026.
Flexibility: Willingness to cover multiple sites and move between locations as required.
