- Conduct outbound calls utilising the internal lead database.
- Clearly and professionally introduce and explain service offerings.
- Identify potential business needs and qualify leads based on their requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team to pursue.
- Accurately update call logs, provide feedback, and document follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background.
- Experience and comfort in making outbound calls and interacting with stakeholders.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
