Temp Recruiter (12 Months Contract)

Salary: $3,000 – $4,400
Location: Kallang
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:30PM

About the Role

This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment while partnering closely with stakeholders to drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including CV screening, initial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
• Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, and support offer management
• Prepare and administer employment contracts for new hires and staff movements
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Good understanding of recruitment best practices and Singapore employment legislation
• Familiar with Workday, HRP, or other recruitment systems
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, TAFEP guidelines, and industrial relations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities
