  Creative Execution & Quality

• Guide & oversee day-to-day creative execution & iteration with external composers, ensuring music supports interactive systems and gameplay needs.
• Oversee recording, revisions, and final music assets with gameplay constraints in mind.Maintain a high creative and technical quality bar across all music deliverables
• Provide clear actionable feedback on both musical content and in-game behavior throughout production cycles
  
  Constraints & Operations
• Balance quality, scope, time, and budget within defined production constraints
• Validate production milestones and deliverables prior to creative sign-off and implementation.
• Facilitate invoice submission and payment by validating milestones and coordinating with Production and Finance partners

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience composing and technically implementing music for shipped video games
