The Signalling Design Engineer performs hardware engineering activities required to develop and deliver a solution or product to an end customer.

He/she will be involved in:

• Design Documentation Updates
• Interfacing with subcontractors/customer
• Analyzing site and in-house issues and determining solutions

This Signalling Design Engineer is member of the Engineering team, reports to Signalling Design Manager.

The Signalling Design Engineer collaborates with his/her peers including Project Design Authority, Project Managers, Procurement, Supply Chain, Installation and T&C Engineers.

This role will be involved with complex and difficult designs following established system engineering process 

• Transportation Project  ( Mainline , MRT, LRT )

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the Structural scope from design development to construction stage.
• Review and coordinate Structural drawings with Archi, M&E, and specialist trades to ensure buildability, constructability and minimize clashes.

Job Description :

• Responsible for the execution of civil and structural design involving the preparation of calculations and review of structural design drawings in accordance to customers' specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices.
• Assist in producing tender specifications and design requirements for calling of tender contracts.

• Work with Qualified Person (QP) to develop design scheme for civil and structural works.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess at least degree in Civil Engineering (preferably recognised by PE Board).

We are seeking a Detailed Design Engineer / Engineering Coordinator to support the engineering, design coordination, and project execution of industrial water, wastewater, and ultra-pure water treatment facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop detailed design deliverables, coordinate engineering activities, and support project execution from design through commissioning.

Candidates with experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, desalination, reuse water, industrial utilities, or ultra-pure water (UPW) systems will be highly preferred.

Project Support

• Assist with technical clarifications, design revisions, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in detailed engineering, design, or engineering coordination roles.
• Experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, ultra-pure water (UPW), industrial utilities, or process plant projects is highly preferred.
