Job Title: Fleet Controller / Operations Manager (ID3588)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Salary: $4500-$5000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily trucking operations, including job allocation, route planning, and coordination with drivers, customers, and depots
- Monitor vessel schedules and container movements to ensure timely delivery and minimise delays
- Manage fleet utilisation and capacity, including engagement of external hauliers when required
- Maintain job records and support billing for operational activities
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Track operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support cost control initiatives and improve efficiency in routing, scheduling, and resource utilisation
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners, and support business growth initiatives
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
