About the Role

We are looking for a Process Utilities Engineer experienced in semiconductor utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate: Chilled Water (CHW) Process Cooling Water (PCW) CDA Systems Vacuum Systems Exhaust Systems
• Prepare engineering calculations and equipment specifications.
• Review vendor and subcontractor designs.
• Support installation and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in semiconductor utility systems.
• Knowledge of SEMI standards.
• Experience in design and site execution.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC / Cleanroom Design Engineer to support semiconductor and high-tech facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Design chilled water systems, AHUs, MAUs, EFUs and cleanroom HVAC systems.
• Perform cooling load calculations and airflow analysis.
• Develop HVAC layouts, duct routing and equipment specifications.
• Review subcontractor shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Support construction, testing, balancing and commissioning activities.
• Participate in design coordination and BIM reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years semiconductor, cleanroom or industrial HVAC experience.
• Familiar with SEMI standards and cleanroom design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM coordination tools.
• Experience in construction and commissioning preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission 
• To prepare concept design drawings for generally Design & Structural works
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on drawing submission
• May need to travel to jobsite to liase with client

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Min 2 years of working experience in Construction industry
• Experience in temporary structure preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD & STAAD Pro (So similar softwares)

* Assist the Design Manager in supervising architectural works to ensure compliance with design standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.

* Coordinate and review all design matters with LTA, relevant authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.

* Oversee and control design deliverables, including BIM models, technical documentation, contractual submissions, and cost-related design matters.

* Plan, manage, and monitor the progress and scheduling of architectural works.

* Manage drawing submission schedules in line with project timelines and construction progress.

* Review subcontractor's shop drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance progress.

* Support design-related problem-solving and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with Degree

* At least 3 years of experience in the design of Architectural works for LTA MRT projects
