Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to provided leads to introduce services/products (Training will be provided)
- Build rapport with customers and handle basic enquiries
- Record call outcomes and update customer information accurately
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned
- Support ad hoc duties when required

Requirements:
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Prior telemarketing / calling experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking over the phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
