Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on communication systems and sub-systems
• Carry out workshop-level repairs according to maintenance instructions and procedures
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and test jigs in good working condition
• Provide technical support and training when required
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on quotations, invoices, and shipping documents
• Handle other related administrative and operational duties as assigned

• Monday – Friday: 8:30 am to 6.00 pm

Salary:

Job Requirements:      

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electronic systems maintenance
• Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in repairing electronic cards and modules
• Experience with networks, routers, servers, and computers will be advantageous
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Willing to learn and work effectively in a team

* Design, analysis andplan for Civil & Structural engineering works
* Liaise with consultants, contractors & authorities from inception tocompletion of projects on C&S matters
* Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities andclients
* Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectivies
* Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical siteinspection and attending meeting
* Assists in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.

• At least 3 years of local construction experience
• Knowledge in BIM / Revit software is added advantage.

SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER C&S (LTA project experience is a MUST)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and review engineering design deliverables in accordance with LTA standards, contract requirements, and project specifications
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design interfaces (C&S, Geotechnical, Traffic, Utilities, Drainage, etc.)
• Prepare and manage design schedules, ensuring alignment with construction timelines
• Oversee design development from conceptual to detailed design stages
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes of practice, and LTA submission requirements
• Manage and coordinate submissions to LTA and other relevant authorities for approval
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities
• Identify and resolve design issues, discrepancies, and clashes through coordination meetings
• Support tender and procurement processes, including technical evaluations
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and design coordinators
• Ensure proper documentation control, drawing management, and revision tracking
• Monitor design progress, resources, and man-hours to maintain efficiency
• Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and design clarifications
• Ensure constructability, safety, and sustainability considerations are integrated into design

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects
• Mandatory experience in LTA projects (e.g., roads, MRT, tunnels, bridges, drainage, utilities)
• Strong knowledge of Singapore codes, LTA standards, and submission procedures
• Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, BIM tools)
• Experience in design coordination and multidisciplinary interface management
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with BIM processes and digital design coordination tools is an advantage

Logistics Admin Officer (production planner)

The primary role of the production planner is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production process. Duties include a specific focus on the materials and goods required in the production phase, ensuring the working space is properly maintained in order to have optimal performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Monitor jobs to ensure the purchasing of raw materials needed to cover production demand on time and within budget
• Schedule shift according to production needs
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• Keep paperwork well organized
• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
• Ensure Purchase Request are placed timely and raised in procurement system.
• Any other tasks/duties as assigned by superiors

Vendor Management:

• Work with suppliers for raw materials, components, and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and agreements to secure favorable terms.

Procurement Planning:

• Collaborate with production planners to forecast material requirements and ensure adequate stock levels.

Order Processing:

• Generate purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, considering production schedules and lead times.
• Track and monitor order status, addressing any delays or issues that may arise

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that purchased materials meet the required standards.
• Address and resolve quality issues with suppliers promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and negotiations.
• Work closely with Procurement team and ensure Purchase Request are placed timely and raised in procurement system
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
