Job Description:

• Pick and pack medications accurately using the Bin Coding System
• Support Medication Delivery Service (MDS) for medications
• Prepare and manage prescriptions for remote medication collection
• Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and timely dispatch of medications
• Adhere strictly to medication safety and pharmacy SOPs

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in pharmaceutical science
• Some experience as pharmacy technician & dispensing medicine will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate and document the project administrative work
• Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise with internally project personnel
• Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
• Manages, files and updates records including and not limited to catalogue, project documentation
• Coordinate and arrange accommodation, transportation, and visiting tours for company guests
• Assist in organizing company events and social activities
• Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting in the onboarding process
• Handle ISO application, information updates and renewal

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration and office admin
• Must have experience in a construction company
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Must be able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking stakeholders / vendors

Required competencies and certifications
