Job Scope:

• Extracting and organising data from financial accounts
• Cross-checking company accounts for verification, accuracy and escalate discrepancies to supervising officer
• Able to run pre-written scripts to retrieve and update submitted data

Requirements:

• At least an 'A' level certificate or diploma certificate
• Good in computer skills (basic Python knowledge is preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
• Good communications

Working Hours: Office Hours (5 days a week, excluding weekends and PH)

• 8.5 hours per day except for 1 designated day / week will be 8 hours

Contract Period: 9 months (estimated: Aug 2026 to April 2027)

Salary: $3000/month

Job Summary

The Assistant Secretary General (ASG) supports SNPC’s management by coordinating strategic initiatives, overseeing operations, managing communications, and representing the organization to advance its mission and goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SNPC events by coordinating logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement to meet organizational standards
• Coordinate promotion of SNPC events to engage athletes, stakeholders, and the public
• Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance SNPC’s visibility and reputation
• Oversee media relations including press releases, interviews, and public relations efforts to promote a positive image
• Oversee SNPC’s digital presence, including website and social media platforms, ensuring effective stakeholder communication
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with SNPC’s mission in collaboration with the Secretary General and stakeholders
• Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning and compliance with policies
• Facilitate communication and coordination across SNPC departments to enhance operational efficiency
• Act as liaison with external bodies such as the International Paralympic Committee and International Federations to build positive relationships
• Contribute to policy development and ensure effective implementation and adherence within the organization
• Represent SNPC at internal and external meetings and events, articulating its mission, values, and objectives professionally
• Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on organizational activities and performance to the Secretary General
• Contribute to the annual report by highlighting key achievements, challenges, and communication plans

Required competencies and qualifications

• Experience in corporate partnership and event management
• Experience in strategic, operational, and administrative planning
• At least 5 years in senior management, preferably in a non-profit organization
