Job Responsibilities:

• Champion the patient experience from first enquiry through to the moment they leave; greet every visitor warmly, anticipate needs, and make every touchpoint smooth
• Handle patient enquiries, appointments and reminders across phone, email and messaging; with excellent etiquette and timely responses
• Handle billing, payment collection, and accurate submission and filing of dental claims via CHAS, Medisave and dental insurance portals
• Issue consent and Medisave forms to patients for completion when required
• Handle patient queries and complaints courteously and professionally
• Manage office supplies and handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail
• Maintain accurate patient and clinic records and file timely reports
• Work closely with Dental Assistants, the Clinic Manager and Dentists to ensure smooth patient flow and a consistently positive experience

Job Requirements: 

• Genuine, patient-first attitude
• Experience in a clinic, healthcare or customer service setting
• Comfortable with clinic management software (such as Plato) and basic computer tools
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Calm and proactive; comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Professional appearance, in line with our clinic uniform and hygiene standards
• Be willing to aid in other roles if the situation requires it, for effective clinic workflows.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone to support daily front desk operations and ensure a smooth customer service experience at our service centre. This role involves handling walk-in customers, coordinating warranty cases, managing parcels, and handling return and refund processes.

What's your role?

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, including handling warranty enquiries and service intake

• Manage and process product return and refund cases in accordance with company policy, including verification, documentation, system updates, and coordination with warehouse and finance teams

• Manage warranty parcel packing, shipment arrangements, and receiving parcels from couriers

• Record parcel details accurately in the internal system and ensure proper tracking

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and waiting area

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
  

What's the skill required?

• Candidates with relevant experience in customer service, service centre operations, or return and refund handling are preferred

• Comfortable working in a service centre / warehouse environment, as the role involves handling product returns and refunds for home appliances

• Good command of English and 中文 (spoken and written)

• Able to work 5.5 days a week (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm)

• Responsible, organised, and able to multitask effectively
  

Who's there to support you?

You will receive guidance and support from both the internal team and cross-functional departments from your first day. We believe in teamwork and proper onboarding to ensure you are well equipped for the role.

You will work closely with our Warehouse Manager on daily operational coordination, as well as collaborate with the service, sales, and admin teams to ensure smooth case handling and customer support.

On-the-job training and continuous guidance will be provided to help you understand our processes, systems, and product knowledge.

Job Description:

• Assist with walk-in customer enquiry

• Replying enquiry on phone and messages

• Issue invoice & receipts

• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, examination registration, and organising documents (excel)

• Assist with students check-ins and marking of attendance

• Keeping common area clean and tidy

Job Requirements:

Able to work on a fixed weekly schedule as a part-timer on weekdays and weekend

Preferably for at least 3 days per week

Serangoon Garden Branch

Monday to Friday

Time: 1pm - 8pm

Saturday and Sunday

Time: 9-6pm
