Responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the school
Manage relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis
Handle administrative matters and enrolment as well as staff recruitment
Knowledge of financial and budget management
Reporting of school events/matters to Parent Company in Japan
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree
2. Proficiency in Japanese is required due to the need to communicate with Japanese-speaking teachers, students, parents, and the parent company in Japan.
3. Previous working experience within the Japanese education system, with strong knowledge of its policies and structure.
